Legislation will be constructed so the President can remove 4 of the current justices.
“If the legislature can add to the court and the President is obliged to appoint the justices,

I am taking the suggestion of CJ Wolf and reverting to my original Linear model, created in mid-April, as reference against the "Actuals." CJ generously opined that it is holding up to some degree, and I could certainly argue that it reflects the Scale of the FALSE POSITIVES since it illustrates the increasing CASE COUNT, even as deaths have continued to subside.
