NAACP President Not Happy With Return Of TV Show ‘Cops’

With the return of the popular TV show ‘COPS’, Spokane NAACP President Kurtis Robinson isn’t happy saying that the show disproportionately shows people of color when they are most vulnerable.

As reported by KXLY, COPS will be riding with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office through November and Robinson says that the timing worries him because people of color have not been portrayed well on the series.

Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich defended the show saying that it is important because the public gets a better understanding of what deputies go through every day, and how quickly situations can escalate.

The show COPS first aired in 1989 but was taken off the air after the death of George Floyd and the ensuing protests.

But now, it’s back and Robinson does not like what it represents.

White folks need to step up to the line, and start taking responsibility to commit more crimes. Shows like Cops need more whites acting up, so they don’t have to go around picking on unwelcoming blacks. Blacks are tired of stealing (pun not intended) the show.

Spokane NAACP President Kurtis Robinson is either a fool or a hypocrite. The producers of ‘COPS’ intentionally selected and played up the altercations and arrests with white perps to avoid showing the truth of how far more of the actual altercations and arrests were with black perps.

COPs is a good program. It basically shows the police dealing with the assorted criminal losers roaming around in society. It is somewhat fulfilling seeing these pathetic ferals getting arrested and often taken down. I guess the LIBs/leftists don’t like seeing anyone held responsible for their actions. My issue with 'COPs' is that it's not a true assortment of criminals. The producers intentionally hide from view the number of arrests and altercations with black perps in order to pretend that whites commit such crimes at a much higher rate than they do.

It's along the same lines of the lie that serial killers are almost exclusively white males.
