This dietician is behind the curve. They are still knocking saturated fats, and think soy and vegetable oils are no problem.

Animal Fat is where it’s at!
Milk from pasture cows also has Vitamin K2. The “beauty vitamin”. That’s why milk maids are so beautiful.

I can’t do soy ... and almond orchards take SO MUCH water. Too hard on the environment.
