Another example of this is with COVID-19 counting.
The definition of CASES is apparently fluid, and based at least somewhat on the whims of the local government officials.
Then they report the CASES (which I have seen might be something like [number of positive test results] X 15) to the MSM, which goes all spastic about how awful it is, everything should be shut down, everyone should wear masks, etc.
By controlling the definition of CASES, they completely control the narrative and fear-mongering.
I've been warning people about this for quite a while. When the DOJ started claiming "white nationalists" were the #1 domestic terror threat, despite no terror activities. They are attempting to define all "patriot movement" groups, like Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and local militia groups as white supremacy hate groups. Meanwhile, they brush aside groups that are actually committing destructive and violent attacks, like BLM, Antifa and others. This isn't by accident. These left wing groups are integral to the new far left democrat base, and they have significant support within congress and the DOJ.
As DOJ has declared these groups their #1 threat, you can rest assured that they are heavily infiltrated with agents, and we have seen that they are not above instigating terror, including providing planning, logistics, weapons, explosives and money.
The Southern Poverty Law Center defines those groups for the Democrats. The SPLC is a racist, completely biased organization that defines anyone conservative or not on the Leftist plantation as white supremists, racist and bad. They are, I believe, very much behind critical race theory that was permeating out military, our businesses and our government until Trump said no more. They are an exceptionally dangerous organization, almost as dangerous as the media.

Bingo! If you're talking actual, active members of real-deal "white supremacist" groups, there probably aren't enough of them in any given city, to fill the available taxi cabs all at once. And even more surprising - half or more of those are actually government informants (including the supposed 'leadership').
