John Durham WILL NOT Release Report on #Obamagate Spying Before 2020 Election

Well it is October 2020 and nothing from Durham. Durham where are you?

It’s relative. Laws are applied to some and not to others. Depends on who you are, who you know, who protects you and/or how much you can spend.
Bottom line: We are not a nation of laws.
The fact the Durham indictments are being held up is to me a signal that President Trump feels confident he will win the election. Further with a 5 to 4 or even 6 to 3 majority he has the SCOTUS
I feel certain that the President has damning goods on Biden that will destroy his presidency should he win.
I must trust the President because he knows it all and can determine the best timing to obtain the maximum Democrat party devastation

Timing is everything. I trust Trump on this.

Here’s what I think:
Durham thinks he would have a hard time convincing a Grand Jury that the conspirators did what they did with THE INTENT...of doing evil. They could say they just believed they were doing the right thing...see Comey’s testimony.
Suddenly, Durham is interested in the Clinton emails and the way THAT was treated. Very differently from the way they treated the President Trump sedition.
In examining the CLINTON email TREATMENT as opposed to the President Trump TREATMENT could prove that the INTENT WAS REAL. The intention of the cases are markedly different.
THEN DURHAM HAS A BETTER CHANCE OF PROVING INTENT.

Disagree. If not now, and they manufacture enough “mail in ballots” to put Biden over the top - Bye Bye America as we know it. It has to be now if America EVER sees justice for these blatant criminals. If they squall about it being “too close to the election” - was the NYT “expose” on Trumps taxes too close to the election? Why does this argument only go one way? THE AMERICAN PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CRIMES OF THE OBAMA TEAM. If there are no indictments, the media arm of the Democratic party is free to ignore all of the evidence.
Keep in mind one significant difference between Durham and Mueller. Mueller was a special counsel who reports findings and makes criminal referrals. Durham is a U.S. Attorney. U.S. Attorneys do not report findings they only prosecute. There will be NO report from Durham. He either gets grand jury indictments that are eventually unsealed or there will be silence on the matter. I don’t believe there are any other outcomes.
Barr and Durham’s pecksniffian aversion to doing their actual duty under the Constitution because it might “interfere” with an election is going to deliver us a hot civil war.
btw, how is NOT aggressively prosecuting, in as quick a manner as is physically possible, the greatest crime in the history of the country not, itself, interference in an election? Should not the people know the nature of the beast they may be about to empower?
I'd have to say we're less of a nation of laws and more of a nation of lawyers diddling with the law.
The folks involved have been hurt as in loosing their jobs and thoroughly embarrassed in the public square. Not enough. They have put this country through hell. They have hampered a President. They attempted a soft coup. You get jail time for a dui with no one hurt. You get jail time for stealing a steak at the grocery store. You don’t get jail one for this??? Come-on man!

Where is it written that elections dictate when or how to proceed with investigations and indictments.
JUSTICE NOW, IMMEDIATELY !!
At this point in history, nothing should be off the table because of the election - because if the Rats cheat enough to win, it’s over for this country. The Deep State would be emboldened and we will never have a chance again.
The press already goes after Trump for every little thing, so “at this point, what difference does it make” (sorry).
Any release of information better be a recording of Joe Biden involved in corruption or it won’t move the needle - the average voter doesn’t really give a sh!t about Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok or whoever - most don’t know who some of these people are.
Best possible knock out blow to Biden is to have him on tape or email with Fauci talking about inflating COVID numbers and keeping the economy locked down.
Durham’s so-called investigation is a scam. Stall, Stall and Stall some more until the election is over. If Trump loses, everything Durham and Barr have supposedly been investigating goes in the trash. If Trump wins, it’s stall some more until and they finally come up with a slap on the wrist charge. This was BS from the beginning. Same thing goes for Linda Graham. BS, BS and more BS. Did you see Comey testify yesterday? Pathetic.
We now know that Durham’s job was to have an open investigation to keep Conservatives from applying pressure to the Just US Department and run out the clock to protect the career bureaucrats and the Democrats in the Just Us Department. Durham will issue a final report in March 2021 stating although mistakes were made by people with good intentions it would not be in the interest of justice to issue any indictments under those circumstances and only lead to further polarization of the country. Durham will also issue a list of toothless recommendations to address the “good faith mistakes” which will promptly go into the Just Us Department & FBI File #13 and Conservatives will be told it’s time stop making a mole hill into a mountain.
EXACTLY correct ! The Dems would use every political tool they can to undermine any Republican at any time. When Durham is ready, the indictments or exonerations should be announced. It’s not a prosecutors or investigators job to be concerned with the political consequences of the results of the investigation for which WE THE PEOPLE have paid !!!
I agree with your assessment of the situation.. I think in Trump's next 4 years (we hope and pray) the fur is really going to fly.... Maybe.
