Rusty, I would just leave the youtube channel open during the day. I didn’t stream it as that would chewed up expensive bandwidth. But I would refresh throughout and start new streams. Finally, this last time, it was about 9PM my time when she got up and in labor. I had an absolute bedtime of 11PM as I was teaching the next day. April just barely squeezed that calf out in time.
Judy, I am addicted and I don’t understand it either. I think it is the fun of seeing the baby born as it is happening. But, silly me, I have spent hours and hours in a trance, gazing at a giraffe’s hind end.
Lol well to each his own, I guess. A giraffe’s (or any other animal)hind end just doesn’t do anything for me lol. It’s nice that little animals are all born and that creation continues to do its thing - I like that. Just not in real time lol.
