Wallace failed miserably at that goal. Another website documented 35 times Wallace shutdown President Trump. 35 times. I noted it many times but, I didn’t bother to count.

Several times Pres. T was pinning Biden down, bent on getting answers...but Wallace would cut him off.

“newsman” on television. What a fraud he is, pretending to be neutral. He hates Trump and everything Trump stands for.
Biden knew the questions in advance and has been practicing for weeks. Trump did great considering he was debating both of them. Wallace’s bias and hatred of Trump caused most of the debate to lack a flow. He was rude and interrupted Trump and wouldn’t let him answer. Questions were all supportive of Democrat talking points and Biden wasn’t pressed on important questions like whether he would pack the court.
Stupid questions about tax returns but none about the 2nd Amendment or Trump’s foreign policy and trade triumphs?
Fox should fire him for his performance.

Your question about will Trump disavow violence from racists and white supremacists if Biden disavows Black Lives Matter and Antifa vilence was stretching the truth about those resorting to violence. We have seen BLM and Antifa violence. What comparable violence have we seen from unnamed White supremacists and racists? CNN is saying Trump didn’t disavow anyone on the race question yet I clearly heard him say “okay, Proud Boys stand down”. Check the tape!
