Oceanside Police Department told FOX 5 the woman was lying on the sand at Oceanside Harbor Beach around 10 a.m. A worker operating a tractor didnt see the woman sleeping and ran her over, according to police.
The woman, who appeared to be in her 40s, did not have identification on her. SkyFOX video showed crime scene tape and police officers surrounding the tractor. It was being used to move pipes as part of a dredging project.

That’s what I’m thinking. I’ve been on jobs where if you pop a 4-inch diameter cover off of a water valve 100’ off in the lawn you have to cone the area off.
Yeah I usually get mad at how many parking spaces are cut off during the slightest amount of work :)

Those old cars and trucks had a mechanical fuel pump mounted to the side of the engine. Pretty easy to R&R, especially if an inline engine versus a v8.
Nowadays with in tank electric fuel pumps, the job is a pain.
