Just an FYI the Imperial Highway in Yorba Linda is not an interstate or freeway. It is a large surface street with many cross street traffic signals, 3 lanes in each direction and mostly with a raised divider. When Nixon was a child, the area was all citrus groves and this was the “highway” from LA all the way to Calexico at the border in Imperial County, like a farm-to-market road.
Below this is the video from the other thread. It looks to me like the beginning is at the end. At the end, the white car has hit someone. The crowd surrounds the car and some people are trying to take photos of the car when the driver runs over more people - which is where the video begins. I did not see anyone flopping on the hood and I can hear the thump as the car hits the people in the beginning part.

There are two videos:
The first one seems to provide more context, but I couldn’t get that one to play for a while. It shows the car surrounded with someone stepping in front to snap an image of the plate. It appeared to be that action of him taking a picture that caused her to accelerate, which makes me suspicious she didn’t want her plate known.
The second video, the one shot sideways, shows the white car accelerating and exiting the parking lot and heading up the street. It doesn’t provide any context whatsoever, and the OCR deliberately made it look like she had been the victim of an unprovoked attack by right-wing men with American flags.
At least to my eye.

Yorba Linda is a nice city in Orange County...
I don’t think that city has a “bad” area...
I know that Anaheim and Santa Ana has some “bad” areas...I am talking about gangs...
