Ballot harvesting in MN.

The process of ballot harvesting requires additional fraud to actually work.

Let me explain.

I was an election judge in Colorado for 4 election cycles starting 2008. I did all type of jobs including judging mail in and absentee ballots.

So here’s the process. The ballots are cross checked to see if the voter is on the rolls. Important point, the mail in and absentee ballots are process at the county clerk building not off sight. So in my case I was a the county clerks building in a locked room. This should be the case in most jurisdictions.

If the voter is on the county rolls then the signature is compared to the signature card on file. We campared signatures to what the county had in the computer. When I say we,there was a member from each party working as a team comparing signatures. If the signatures didnt match the two would work as a team to determine if they were to be counted or not.

With that being said there would have to be an additional layer of fraud inside the Clerks office by the Clerk or one of the Clerk’s employees to run the ballots though the count machine outside the process.

There needs to be Republician volunteers at each Clerks office and polling station. And there needs to be lawyers from the campaign and State party officials all over the State.

It’s the down ballot stuff that gets really screwed up. Here in Michigan, Trump won the State but we have a Dem Governor, AG and SOS. Radical ones. Down ballot fraud is common.

Please verify, for muh edgmacation.
1. Michigan election rules (law) has mail-in and absentee ballots /unopened/ until election day.
2. [Clerk] Validation takes place on election day, not before.
3. Local rules apply for including such ballots in the reported totals, provided the in-person voting is sufficiently divided (e.g., the mail/absentee ballots are ignored if the contests are a run-away or unopposed).
3. How much importance is placed on the postmark; who determines any “penumbra” surrounding the same?
4. When are provisional ballots validated and counted (by rule)? And, is it local or statewide decision?
Sorry to not be so deeply knowledgeable of our State rules.
I find it better to get info from a “horses mouth” (you, by experience) rather than the convoluted rabbit warren of State rules.
What I’m looking for are possible opportunities for shenanigans.
I know it’s early so, I can wait.
For about 31 days or so....
