Lib impeachment lawyer says she deserves to be confirmed. They’ll try to find something, though.
Schedule should be: One week for research, one week for hearings, and then to the floor. There will be a filibuster, so the Dems will get to delay it for a few days, and then a floor vote. Should be done by October 25 at the latest. Personally, I’d opt for sending her straight to the floor, but Linda wants a chance to show off for his constituents.

We’re still OK, in spite of Nevada’s masking tyranny.
The powered HEPA filter masks I got Dad provide him
enough fresh air to function normally when leaving home.
(Though most reasons for doing that have been shut down,
or painfully restricted, ‘cause “Orange Man Bad”.)
The 950 CADR HEPA 13 hospital grade air filters I got for
the house proved invaluable for getting us through the up
to 350+ AQI Bad Air days from all the fires.

I’ve been reading everything, but lagging a good half thread
or more due to attending family matters and addressing other
piling up issues. The joy of being so behind is seeing all
of you post all of the things I might have been moved to
post, and so much more.
