She also is responsible for some of her counterproductive choices.

But maybe the kids have settled down and she’s ready for a new chapter. Is Alaska ready for another Palin chapter?

A lot of people think Palin was sidelined when McCowface became Senator. In fact, Palin was sidelined by the shooting in Arizona that took over the headlines. After that the Palin family was put through various circus-like antics such as DWTS show and other things. After the shooting incident in Arizona, Palin was regulated to the sidelines of history. She pops up now and then but nothing comes from it. It would not be hard to for her to kickstart her campaign in Alaska but winning would totally a different thing all together.

One other factor that is barely mentioned and that was Palin was on FOX News as a pundit. When FOX lost their head honcho due to death, the children that took over got rid of Palin as a consultant. That and the fact that Palin and Rove never got along and caused consternation for the network. Rove finally won out as he was liked more by the male anchors like Brett Beir and the guy doing the first debate coming up. Hannity and the no-spin guy actually went to bat for Palin but in the end they lost the fight and Palin was let go as a FOX news consultant.

"Palin was sabotaged by the media, the McCain campaign, and her own family (in that order)."

She was mostly sabotaged by McCain's people, and the press. They hated that she was more popular than McCain, and they "USED" her family against her, starting with trying to claim that Trig wasn't her child, but Bristol's. The media continued relentlessly, and nobody in McCain's team, not even McCain came out in support of her. Every family has problems, but when you run for office, they become targets of the evil people in the world. Had she been a Democrat, we never would have heard anything from the media.

Preach it, brother. A prime example of that is Democrat Senator Robert Byrd. Not only was he a member of the KKK, he was an Exalted Cyclops. So he was not just not a local Klan leader. He was THE local Klan leader.

And he used the n-word on national TV.

But Byrd was, after all, a Democrat. So there’s nothing to see here. Let’s all move along. Oh, and let’s name a dozen government buildings after him.

Every time I hear Senator Byrd's name, I remember the first time one of my replies was removed from FR. It was right after his wife died, and I wrote something to the effect that she was the first known, documented death in the U.S. from "Bryd Flu."

The hypocrisy in the Democrat party is ridiculous.
