About 15 years ago in Monaco I saw a guy in an Audi Q7 4.2 TDI (V8 turbo) delivering produce to a restaurant. That model wasnt available in the US, but was about a $125,000 vehicle.

I think the price is 5 TL/kilo which is about $0.30/pound in real money, not 0.60 each. Wal*mart is currently selling watermelons for $6.98 each.
