It is fairly easy to show that there are actually THREE distinct choices for outputs, not two, and the third one will automatically adapt to counteract either of the first two. So the grandfather paradox still holds, prohibiting time travel.

This is precisely what I’ve said for the next 6 months.
As you approach the speed of light, your material body begins to convert from mass (matter) to energy ... that energy radiates out into the universe as if you are an antenna.

I thought that Chaos Theory (or one of those other cutely named theories) has declared this impossible - you can either know an object's position, or its velocity, but not both?

We live in a “flat consciousness society.”
Most people never develop their prefrontal cortex analytical thinking ability which is in the Beta frequency (neural oscillation or action potential firing rate) as measured in EEG’s.(about 14 to 40 Hz.)
There are oscillation rates far beyond this that range into the megahertz and gigahertz frequencies. This is how the mystics gain their abilities. Religions teach us how to do this.
Our perception of reality is a function of the frequency of consciousness from which we view it.
When we raise our consciousness above the Beta frequency we awaken and begin to perceive directly from our consciousness (external to our physical bodies) and are not restricted to our 5 senses. This is spiritual awakening or enlightenment.
Time is not just a function of the speed of light.
Time is a function of our frequency of consciousness divided by the speed of light. Time collapses as we tune to higher frequencies. This is how the prophets see into the future.
This is why a day in Heaven is like a thousand on earth.
Everyone can grow spiritually and achieve this. We are all equal in our potential.

Read the whole article and realized I had missed a couple key points and went back in time to re-read it for the first time...

Not true. It takes a ton of more determinations and calculations, for all the possible things, and circumstances that can possibly change the direction of the falling item. You can neither pretend that those things can be ignored nor fail to account for them.
It’s possible, all right. The other day an older version of me walked up, didn’t say a thing, just punched me in the nose. Dunno what I’m gonna do but it must be pretty bad...
What can be explained as happening at the quantum level does not explain what empirical evidence shows is possible at the human material level. While a single quanta of energy/matter may demonstrate a state of being able to exist in more than one place at a time, that only happens, only exists at that level, at that state - the quantum level. As billions of quanta are combined into a collection of what we call “solid matter”, that which the combined quanta make up is an object that, at its collective state, cannot and does not behave, in that state, as a mere quanta alone can do at its state.
Probably the biggest reason it’s possible is that we really don’t matter. Billions of people on this planet. Billions of planets in this galaxy. Billions of galaxies in the universe. If you go back in time and kill your grandfather before he makes your father the universe is just not effected. It’s like 1 grain of sand on a beach being shaped wrong, just don’t matter.
