A neighbor called sheriffs deputies on some rabid Tampa Bay Lightning fans who were screaming, Shoot! Shoot!" as they watched Game 3 of the Stanley Cup final on TV Wednesday night.
The call prompted several Hillsborough County sheriffs deputies to show up at Devon Garnetts apartment door. He and two friends had gathered to watch the game at Garnetts Radius Palms apartment.

Five for doxxing.
Most people dont know their neighbors very well, or even at all, anymore. At the same time i suspect the tv volume was loud enough their words could have been put in proper context.
Lol my dept
Seriously, when you have a lane to the net and goalie shoot the SOB. #99 didnt get where he is by being bashful. I dont watch any pro sports. The virtue horseshit killed them all.
Well, shoot.
Must have been a Florida Cracker next door; never had hockey there growing up.
DON'T LIVE IN APARTMENT.
Kill all of your neighbors.
(Oh crap, did I just say that out loud?)
Retaliation is the only cure...
I’d like to see someone call the cops on the cops... in the precinct building. “I saw two guys with guns.. not sure what they were up to.”
Hey, I meant the puck when I said shoot the SOB. Bwaaahaaaaa!
I called the cops on you.
Ok on a more serious note. Why would the police respond to a call like this? are they that incompetent or is something else going on.
Did they call the local kitchen supply store when fans started yelling:
‘SIEVE! SIEVE! SIEVE!’ ;)
911 response, here, is about a day and a half.
At least it didn’t escalate into a covid mask related violation.
Feedem by the time they get there they wont know why the got there.
