Has there ever been a test for any virus or flu, or any other disease, that showed a positive result for so many people who are asymptomatic? Perhaps Obama was smart to have simply ended nationwide testing for H1N1 in the summer. Trump keeps touting the huge number of tests that the USA has administered. Is it helping or hurting?

Dims at Richmond are whining that some Republican legislator showed up at the Capital w/ an as-yet undetected case of the Wuhan. The best they can say is that he didn’t notify them quickly enough when he later came down with it.
