Has there ever been a test for any virus or flu, or any other disease, that showed a positive result for so many people who are asymptomatic? Perhaps Obama was smart to have simply ended nationwide testing for H1N1 in the summer. Trump keeps touting the huge number of tests that the USA has administered. Is it helping or hurting?
The media covers for anything Obama did no matter for good or ill. So Obama didn’t have to be “smart”.
