With Biden’s failing mental capacity his election would trigger a constitutional crisis. Should his dementia and brain strokes make him incapable of making decisions, a swift military action by a foreign enemy requiring immediate response would be in limbo until the VP would take over.
But if Biden has “good and bad days” he could find a doctor to back his case to step back in power. Total chaos.
Here’s the test of the U. S. Constitution 25th Amendment that’s cover this situation. It’s inevitable should Biden win that such a crisis would befall the nation.
“Section 4 Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.”

No, his candidency is a constitutional crisis. His running mate is ineligable, also. Biden is not of sound mind or body.
He is just a puppet, even as a candidate, and someone else is pulling the strings, making the marionette dance.
Harris may have already inadvertently leaked the plan. The Harris Administration with Joe Biden, she called it.
Whether it's Harris or someone with more power behind the scenes, if Joe Biden wins the presidency, he won't be call any of the shots. They'll use him as the bumbling, gaffe-prone front man to draw attention away from what the Left is really doing.
They will be dismantling the country as they prop Joe up for the public to see.
If Joe’s words come into his brain via ear piece hearing aid, maybe someone needs to find the frequency...

An interesting point. If Biden is receiving answers via an earpiece, will it be used during the debates and what can be done to prevent it?
