records show — was in his room sleeping when deputies
arrived So they went in and Beat Him to Death while Tazering Him?? I didn't see any mention of the Armed Thugs being ARRESTED??

If you knew anything about the mental health system one cannot do anything with an adult until there is a crisis. Ie danger to self. Danger to others or an inability to care for self (life-threatening)
