Shelves cleared out in my area of Vit C, D, and Zinc was nonexistent about the time all this started. I finally found some of the above and have been taking 2ea 2,000 IU tabs of D3 daily since early April.
Amazon has all you need. Don’t take more than 15mg’s of zinc daily though, 10 is recommended.
