Thank You, I was just going to check that out. JR High Band had Myself and 2 Mexican brothers fighting it out for 1st Chair every week. The brothers were the youngest of 5 and all played the Sousaphone with the 2 eldest on the University of Texas Longhorn Marching Band so I had My work cutout for Me against those 2 in Class. We changed 1st Chair weekly. Too many people misidentify the Tuba vs Sousaphone.
And that concludes My contribution to Civilization for the day 😳🎶

Yes it is a Sousaphone yet that section in a marching band is known as the tuba line. My son was a member of the Oklåhoma State Tuba Line 1999-2003.
