What people do not know…yet, is that Roberts was on the phone (speaker) in the Oval Office with Obama, Biden, Rice, Comey discussing how to stop Trump’s inauguration. It was one of TWO calls. He was part of the coup.

NOTE: I can’t verify the info above that says JR was on the phone, but my confirmation bias makes me inclined to believe it.

I’d like to hear FReeQs weigh in on this 8k discussion:

Statement by FinCEN Regarding Unlawfully Disclosed Suspicious Activity Reports
https://www.fincen.gov/news/news-releases/statement-fincen-regarding-unlawfully-disclosed-suspicious-activity-reports

On September 1, 2020, the Financial Crimes Network (”FinCEN”) issued a statement regarding various media outlets’ intent to publish Suspicious Activity Reports (”SARs”) and “other sensitive government documents”.

Does publication of the Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) potentially compromise pending criminal cases where said SARs would be introduced as evidence?

Thinking it potentially could, which in turn would make for difficult prosecutions, which also could explain military tribunals.

Yep. That’s where we are headed. Despite people like @TheLastRefuge2 thinking the DOJ’s apparent gridlock isn’t fully understand and designed (it is), that’s the whole reason why we are here.
