May the Notorious RBG have eternal rest. That being said, FoxNews reported that Ginsburg supposedly told her granddaughter that it was her last wish that her seat not be filled by this President. If so, it really puts the LIE to ROBERTS’ assertion that there are no Democrat Justices and no Republican Justices. MOST Justices who have been appointed by Republican Presidents have ruled by the Constitution.......except for Souter and now Roberts. The ‘Justices’ who have been appointed by Dem pResidents have ALWAYS ruled to the benefit of the DEMS.

It’s been my (unfortunate) experience to be witness to loved ones on their deathbeds and they weren’t doling out last minute instructions pertaining to their professions.
