If so, it really puts the LIE to ROBERTS’ assertion that there are no Democrat Justices and no Republican Justices. MOST Justices who have been appointed by Republican Presidents have ruled by the Constitution.......except for Souter and now Roberts. The ‘Justices’ who have been appointed by Dem pResidents have ALWAYS ruled to the benefit of the DEMS.
