Noel, the Scottish Fold, plays with his toy ball and won't let anyone else have it.

:)
Thats a really cute one!
Got 4 cats with me living in a hotel since the fire.
Got a 6 foot cat tree and they seem to love it.
Big, sweet baby. Like my cats in the kitchen getting out food.
My two get just as rowdy as Messi, especially when the Husband Unit leaves the house:

That Puma is just a big baby. “WAA !”
I saw a video today which indicates that Messi has health issues, and is actually half the size that a Cougar should be (???)
He’s just like my oversized DSH, Leroy.
Leroy has been wanting love 24/7 the last few days.
(Husband says it’s because it’s starting to get cold here.)
I didn’t know how old Messi the Puma is. He looks like a youngster, but might not be.
I scroll down to the comments and you see a lot of idiots putting in their worthless opinions about how Messi is a wild animal and should be “free.” If this Puma is undersized and has health issues, he’s in an ideal environment where he can live a longer life, and he’s obviously well-cared for and loved, and he loves his human parents, too.
Is this the video you saw ?

Mentioned he’ll turn 5 years old next month.
That’s not the one I saw; the one I saw was a sort of news story/interview with the owners. But your video does seem to show Messi as rather smaller than a full-grown cougar should be.
This animal was like many rescues - probably would not have survived as ‘wild’ or ‘re-introduced’.
The ‘animal rights’ people are all about virtue-signalling, and possess little scientific knowledge and no common sense. They should be happy that Messi has a good home where he is loved and well-cared for, instead of being euthanized because he wasn’t ‘viable’.
And, as you can see in the videos, Messi is so bonded to his human daddy, he gets sad whenever he has to go out and ecstatically happy when he comes back, even after less than an hour (as mentioned in one video). He’s better behaved and nicer than a lot of house cats that weigh 6 or 7 lbs.

Here’s another with Messi being groomed. My late orange tabby cat named Orangie would num-num on his paw when he was being groomed in certain areas. Seeing Messi doing that reminded me of him.
He’s certainly better behaved than my two little ones. As soon as my husband leaves the house, mine become little terrors for a while. And when they jump and climb on stuff they aren’t supposed to climb, all Husband has to do is shout, ‘DOWN!’ - and they get down. I, on the other hand, have to pull out the squirt bottle.
(Of course, Husband is the one who generally feeds them...)
They take excellent care of him.
