Best shape I was ever in my life was exiting Air Crew Candidate School ... 5’10” 185lbs and we Ran like 8-9 miles per day, swam laps and treading water then the obstacle course in between classes and Inspections

I felt like a God... and I could do anything and I WAS NOT FAT
