Yes, Styrene dissolves quickly. PET products not so much.
Have you ever seen a Plastic “Gas can” or plastic Siphon pump, or plastic (gas) funnel?

I have a plastic gasoline can in my garage.
HDPE (Recycle #2)
It may have something to do with the amount of BPA added.
BPA makes plastics soft/pliable at room temps.
These are not bottles but you get the idea.

“Just taking water to the fire fighters, officer.”
Blue jugs indicate kerosene.
Between gasoline and diesel (#1, #2 oil)
Kerosene catches fire with an open flame but burns/consumes much more slowly.
And, there is no big WOOSH! of the hovering vapor layer like igniting gasoline.

I have a bunch sitting in my garage. Have you ever seen a disposable plastic water bottle made of the same material as a gas can? Most water bottles are simple PE's, LDPE or HDPE. Gas cans and tanks made from plastics are generally a modified PE, such as HMWPE (high molecular weight polyethylene).
What a joke! At least hey didn't call him antisemitic. There's that.
You Funnie, why you so funnie. Plastic bag no hold fire water. I double wrap...No hold fire water. I have to pay.
Dissect the photo.
Bottle did not break or melt.
Rag-fuse not completely consumed.
Small burn patch in the background.
Damn fools can’t even start a grass fire by the interstate.
Freshman team.

Wow. You gotta wonder what was being said in their ear. doocy today too, or maybe it was Monday.

Burned area in background (fire quickly put out)
Cloth “Wick” not entirely burned
Fire residue on plastic bottle (woody/vegetative debris)
Supposition: Good thing the fire was found quickly and put out
Vaccine slide.
As I questioned early, why does AstraZeneca characterize the trail member as “ill” or “unexpected illness”?
Turns out, the vaccine caused spinal cord damage.
Spinal cord damage isn’t COVID, folks.
