I LOVE my DeWalt tools. All of them.

I suffered for years with old, nasty, corded power tools given to me or acquired from friends or family.

I convinced my wife to allow me to buy a suite of battery powered tools, and it has been utter joy for me for years now.

I am sure there are other manufacturers who make good tools, but my DeWalts are reliable and virtually indestructible, it seems. I have dropped them onto concrete from a ladder, and I have thought “No way is that going to function, but...it did...with only a cosmetic scuff where it hit the ground.

Love it. I regret all those years without them!

I just bought a Kobalt 80v battery powered chainsaw and it’s where have you been all my life? I get 45 minutes to an hour out of each battery. More torque and power than comparable gas. Hit the button instant power. Darn gas Stihl I would have to keep running while moving around logs afraid it might not restart.

Got sick and tired of the tempermental gas Stihl.

Kobalt made in China though. I had to hold my nose though right now all are I believe.
