I am tired of some trials taking soooo very long to complete. Everything seems to work in favor of the Perps. Your thoughts please...

As we continually witness attacks on LEOs and Arson we all know that these prosecutions will take years and years. I say enough! I suggest that we accelerate the prosecutions and trials that are coming. Suggestion for Capital Crimes, if there is absolute, positive proof of a crime, get the Perps before Grand Juries within two weeks, get the Perps to Trial within four weeks and if found guilty the Perp shall meet his Maker immediately after trial. Your comments please...!

Public hangings every Friday afternoon. Sell beer. Make a party out of it.

Like that black animal who murdered the 5 yo white kid, for example. Is there a reason that that man has not been slow-roasted by Old Sparky? No

Mandatory sentencing: Every vanity poster makes and over-and-above donation to FReeRepublic.

Sounds good. An extra sanction of double donation for idiotic or inane vanities.

It’s supposed to be that way. That’s what makes the U. S. the beacon of the world.

Basically like the waythings were a couple hundred years ago.

Works for me.

Just limit appeals and timeframes for them.

Department of SELECTIVE justice/injustice. Why is Malik Nidal Hasan still alive? PSYOPS? Just askin’ for a friend, an un-named source.

By the time the trial takes place nobody is paying attention anymore. It is like punishing a child days after what he has done or swatting the dog with a newspaper two days after he peed on the floor.

Trump finally said it today, Swift trial followed with swift execution. Strike while the iron is hot and the crime is remembered.

I understand that Military Tribunals can hand down sentence and it is immediately taken care of, no appeals. Declare antifa and such as terror organizations and when arrested send them to GITMO for disposition.

> we all know that these prosecutions will take years and years <

I’m not a lawyer. And I do not play one on TV. But a friend of mine is a lawyer, and I asked him about that.

He said it’s done on purpose. The courts are overwhelmed with cases. So by allowing things to drag out, the defense and the prosecution get more time to cut a deal. And a deal saves the state time and money.

I don’t know how true that is. Just passing it along.

Well the way it’s SUPPOSED to work, I would say to you: ‘You say that, and I hear you, but wait until you get falsely arrested.’ (The left is probably saying the same thing about Chauvin and the Kenosha cop)

Are you referring to the 9-11 attackers whose trial has been delayed?

In reference to your question, this is why justice delayed is justice denied.

Need to develop a way to reliably induce someone to tell the truth

Speedy trial, if convicted the appeal is directly from the perps mouth
If the perp confesses, after conviction, under inducement, then punishment is immediate. Miscarriages of justice, from witnesses lying under oath will become apparent also, and those guilty of this, treated the same way, and subject to the same punishments

I always thought if you are chosen as a Judge it should actually be a job.
I’d make 16 hour days mandatory till these case loads are all caught up.
I’d also make faster , fairer(to the victim) plea deals and if the suspect wants to take a chance on a jury trial maximum sentence would be the un-negotiable outcome.

As to a speedy trial, it should all be over in a week, no delays, prosecutor presents his case defendant and their lawyer present theirs.

I also like going back to the days when a defendant could and should be called(you should speak for yourself and in your own words.
If you take the 5th. the jury should watch you refuse to answer and let them judge based on you and the evidence.

Justice system is corrupt. It’s up to American individualists and freedom loving patriots. The same men who claim such titles now need to bring it.

Waiting for the government is a sure path to horror, enslavement and death.
