"What’s interesting about that comment is, the supporters have already been subjected to being on the wrong end of the stick from ANTIFA/BLM, the very people they’re supporting and cheering for."

However, DESPITE the attacks on the Antifa supporters, Democrats insist on still supporting their front line troops. Anything THAT stupid deserves a helicopter ride.

It supports my contention that Democrats are genetic failures, the bottom half of the IQ Bell Curve, and their extinction will only better humanity.

They want Communism because they cannot succeed on a level playing field. They must have a social construct that retards the bright, slows the fast, weakens the strong.

FBI has been caught a few times, IIRC, sending snitches into some of them and entrapping folks. With the current crop in the FBI/DOJ it’s definitely happening now.

Look up and read Matt Bracken’s....When The Music Stops

He wrote it a few years ago. Very insightful and he hits on exactly what you’re doing.

Not only the NYT, but the last guy that occupied the White House, his former DHS Sec Napolitano and basically everyone else in his administration. And I’ll even toss in most of the flag officers that he got promoted. Many of whom are still in the service today.

You are making the assumption that the US Army is controlled, at base, by the officers. WRONG! The military is operated by middle management, by the staff NCOs. Officers, the 30% who voted for Obama, are the pointey haired bosses. They are not as bright, or as required, as they believe themselves to be, and do not take that Oath thing as seriously as the NCOs under them.

Since at least the 60's, they have been ticket punchers. One year at staff school, 2 years as a Bn XO, 2 years as Bn CO, more school, Rgt. Staff as S3, or S4, carefully climbing that ol' ladder, steered by Clinton's people in the Pentegon, and then Obama's. They are "well rounded" and carefully tested as loyal to the Party, rather than leaders of men into war.

Recall that Clinton, Barak and congress went to great lengths to reform the military, by DADT, RIFFing out politically unreliable officers, and then inflicting socialist indoctrination on the the enlisted.

Did it work? We are about to find out.

I don’t think so. I hate to use a college degree as some sort of barometer or litmus, but many of todays enlisted ranks are filled with college educated NCOs and Enlisted folks. With online classes, etc, it’s easy for folks to get that education. As for leadership qualities, I think most would rather have a smart E-5 thru E-9 leading the way long before some former Captain or Major. And even then, they had have been promoted prior to the last occupant of the White House being in charge, save a small few. He did his best to destroy the military.

Not nearly as smart as they pat themselves on the back and tell each other they are. Interesting that they’re all so smart but they all need help, all the time.

One thing they have mastered is being able to use government to enrich themselves and their friends. The education system being a prime example. They then used those lessons, lured in some willing and greedy RINOs and created the government we have now. Basically....Communism. A hand picked few to be in The Club and above the law, while the rest of us eat dirt. We are already at that point and have been for a while. The only thing that masks that is the fact that we can still buy fruit and vegetables when we want, for now.

" Then I realized why officers are needed. We will not make it without them."

You are mistaken. Think about the staff NCOs you knew. The E-7s, E-8s, E-9s. They KNOW how the military functions, because they are the ones doing the heavy lifting.

They are the ones who've spent 20 years in lousy base housing, piss poor pay, organizing 2am deployments into some 3rd World sh!tpot for a year, ROEs that are an invitation to their own death.

And you expect them to blindly follow some ring-knocker, fresh out of Hudson High? You've watched too many movies, written by some college clown who once spent two weeks in ROTC.

If you want something done in the military, ask the Sgt Major. the Line Chief, the Master CPO.

If you want to find a prior serviceman gone bad, look for the few who turned to dope smoking, counterculture social circles after their enlistments. Most of those few were not initially trained to be in combat platoons. They weren’t stressed as thoroughly in initial training to make sure that their heads were screwed on right. They were allowed out on passes during initial training. There were no lengthy federal background checks on them during their initial training.
