Yeah, but back in the day, we could grab a six-pack for $2, and a two cent tax for bottle return. Throw in another buck for a pack of Marlboro Reds, and you and a buddy had a Saturday evening set up to watch TV in his basement. We had a saying in Western MD: 'Iron City beer. Let Pittsburgh pollute your town, too.'

Heh, it’s funny how some beers have a ring to their names that conjures up bad memories!
When I was in the Navy, all you had to do was say “Peroni” to some guys, and they would gag...:)
