Ok, I was unsure of the terminology: I guess “Evacuation Warning” is the pre-evacuation status you state. I stand corrected.
The CalFire website is stunningly devoid of the kind of visual / graphical information that NWS and a host of others provide routinely for even mild weather events. OK, granted CalFire busy fighting fires, but you’d think the state could at least contract with someone at fairly modest cost to do it.
So far I’ve found only maps of the current (sort of) fire boundary.
This article (pseudonym) from 2018 is quite interesting and addresses an aspect of these fires:

excerpt:
. . .Notice how every home on this block burnt totally flat. Not a single item leftno refrigerators or bath tubs, granite counters, ect. Not only did the trees again not burn even though the fires were at least six times the required heat to burn wood; bath tubs which are made of ceramic and requires six times the heat of wood, burnt totally, were totally vaporized. If you look at the temperature chart in Celsius (linked above), youll see that ceramic requires 1,800 F to 3,000 F to burn and wood 374 to 500 degrees F.. .
