Well obviously it takes two to tango as the old saying goes. But if black Africans had not been greedy themselves, and possessed a deep desire to completely eliminate their rivals without having to kill them, then they would not have sold other black Africans into slavery. They were like the modern drug dealers of today. You seem to think that only blacks were sold into slavery. That is far from the reality. But if you look at the slave trade and place all of the blame on one side of the equation, you are totally ignoring the facts of the slave trade industry. Had black Africans refused to take and sell other black Africans, there would have been no product of black slaves.

You do realize that there were black slave owners as well, right? Anthony Johnson was one of them.

No, I know whites were slave also. But in 1865, how many white slaves were freed by the 13th Amendment. How many millions of whites were loaded on ships and sent to the new world. How many whites in the Western Hemisphere were hereditary chattel slaves?

Had white Christians done their own work on their cotton, sugar, rice and tobacco plantations they would have not needed slaves.

By 1830 3700 blacks owned about 12,000 other blacks as slaves. This appears to be the high point of black slave ownership in the United States.

Were you aware, in 1860, 390,000 whites owned 3,950,000 black slaves.
