I can name at least 5 States with substantial Electoral vote numbers that can easily get a court to extend ANY cut-off date.
Again.
This Cloward-Piven plan is not recommended.

Possibly, yes, but it won’t be easy with the public perception. Do nothing and voter fraud wins.
Also, the dems won't be using the mail system to perform their fraud - they'll SAY that the ballots were mailed in, but in reality, they're probably already filled out and sitting in some warehouses across the country awaiting their time to "trickle in" to the vote-counting locations. They can certainly cover by using a crooked postal employee or two to gain the optics of being delivered by mail, but they will, in fact, be mostly delivered by operatives.
Voting by mail is the cover story - the shenanigans will/is taking place elsewhere outside of the postal service. IMHO. All that jamming up the postal service will do is make me late on my bills.
The date that the Electoral College votes is established in the Constitution. They must vote by the first Wednesday following the first Monday in Dec. Any state not meeting the deadline gets no vote.
