Biden is now claiming this morning that he doesn’t want to defund the police, that it’s Trump who wants to do it: Biden is asked about an ad that claims he wants to defund police, and Biden responds that it’s really Trump who wants to defund them, not him. But he was asked by a disabled man in an interview two months ago if he would agree to redirect funding from the police to other areas and he said adamantly YES.

This must be the reason all police unions in the country endorsed Trump. They just don’t want to work anymore.
Politicians often say whatever they think their audience wants to hear. The really smooth politicians can do this is a way that kind of makes it seem like they are not either lying or senile.
Joe may have been smooth once upon a time. But Joe isn’t smooth today.
The guy has lost it, but one thing is becoming clear. The democrats believe that they can blatantly lie and at least 45% of this country will believe every word that comes out of their mouths. That’s how polarized the electorate has become. His claims are getting more and more crazy and despicable, but in his/their eyes, the end justifies the means.
