Foods that provide vitamin D include:

Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon.
Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals.
Beef liver.
Cheese.
Egg yolks.

Been taking 1 or 2 D gels most days along with 500 MG NAC, every other day for 500 MG C and 2-3 times a week Zinc...also drinking 6-8 OZ of tonic (quinine) water a day.
