“Bacillus subtilius” is the ropey goop growing on the soy. Japanese airlines serve this stuff on 12 hour flights. It helps to prevent deep vein thrombosis in there passengers. (Busts up fibrin, a constituant of clots!)

They selll nattozime in pill form, which I prefer.

(Note that you can use B.Subtillus in hortoculture to prevent Fungal disease on things like tomatoe leaves.)
