They are also low-carb and have other beneficial substances.

I don’t know... A dollar a day isn’t much different than a low-end prescription drug with a decent insurance plan. I guess it’s not that expensive if it does what it says. You think it’s beneficial?
If the dose is only one pill, then it IS cheap. One dollar a day or $365 a year if it works. Cheaper than a lot of things we do. Even if you need 3 a day, that's still cheap if it works.

I regularly drink reishi, lions mane and chaga tea. plus I take a couple mushroom pill supplements that with the same combination plus cordiceps.
Is there a place where we can go to see which mushrooms have the greatest combinations of similiar acting substances?
