Wow - NICE! Did you do this from scratch? You did perfect souffles!

If you enjoy these, I would recommend a quick and easy mix. You can order these from Amazon. It's Yoki Brand Pao De Queijo. We used to live near "Little Brasil" in Boca Raton but since we moved we've had to make it from this or from scratch. This tastes more authentic to us.

Fortunately for us, we found we can buy the mix locally now.

OK, something new for you to try: Guarana Anartica

This is a really nice, subtle (some brands are much too sweet) flavor and really enjoyable.

Our kids were raised on Guarana and Pao De Queijo.
