If Biden wins or gets close , can we expect the DNC use of violence to be the cornerstone of their future campaigns?
NY Governor Cuomo asks," Where is it written that political protest must be peaceful?"
Does this not met the UN's definition of terrorist organization?
The calculated use of unlawful violence or threat of unlawful violence to inculcate fear; intended to coerce or to intimidate governments or societies in the pursuit of goals that are generally political, religious, or ideological."
Chris Cuomo, of CNN, not Andrew asked where it was written.
I’m sorry for the error.
The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or ‘the right of the people peaceably to assemble’....
The right to protest doesn't permit violence or the incitement to violence. Protests that turn violent are called “riots”.
A riot is a type of civil disorder that results in a public disturbance against authority, property, or people.
Demonstrations that lack the proper permits, or run outside of ‘predesignated areas’ may be deemed a riot, or the related offense of unlawful assembly, which typically involves peaceful but unpermitted demonstrations.
Per federal code, it's a crime when an individual “travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent” [to]:
-Incite a riot;
-Organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or
-Commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;
-Aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot.
Additionally..”Incitement to riot”... is when a person encourages others to commit a breach of the peace without necessarily acting themselves. This may involve statements, signs, or conduct intended to lead others to riot.
“Conspiracy to riot”... involves planning acts that, if undertaken, would result in a breach of the peace.
No issues. I just wanted to be accurate.
Of course...I think many Registered Dims will vote for Trump.
The answer to his question is the first amendment.
Guess what. Violence will be there strategy no matter what happens. They’ve gone full traitor.
Of course. It will be worse and more deadly.
If they win with riots as a strategy of course they will threaten to use it again. It worked for the Brown Shirts in Germany in 1930s
Local, State, and Federal officials who call for violence to overthrow an election should be found to to be guilty of insurrection and forever barred from holding any public office per the 14th Amendment.
At Kent State U. In Ohio, who was throwing rocks and fruit impaled with sharp objects at the officers? That was about 50 years ago.
The media/dems will continue instigating violence at every opportunity to cow the public into supporting whatever crazy policies they want to enact. “Support us or shut up or we’ll burn your city down” is the new motto of the democrat party. The jackass will be replaced by a black-uniformed and masked terrorist with a molotov cocktail.
If Biden wins we go to war - or we get on the cattle cars.
We’re going to see it if he doesn’t win, too.
As I see it, it’s not a matter of *IF* it’s going to happen.
It’s a matter of how bad it’s going to be and who’s going to be in charge and how they are going to deal with it.
Theyll stuff the ballot boxes so full of fake votes - and soroznazis election officials will certify the results so quickly that they wont need to use any more violence. Theyll be able to send their burgle loot and mayhem SS troops home
... DIMocRATs are the new palestinian terrorists ...
Youre 100% correct.
There will be no future.
Yep- tomorrow is gone.
Youre right, but I think that if the democrats win, the lawlessness will continue.
If youre white, middle class.. itll be open season on you permanently. Same for your small business. They will remove ANY opposition to this attitude.
Sooner or later, WE will get tired enough to start fighting back.
