LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — Police have arrested a teen after two men were killed in Lafayette on Monday night.
The Lafayette Police Department has arrested 17-year-old Jaelynn Billups in the case.
She faces preliminary charges of murder and robbery. The Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office did not immediately respond to an email Tuesday afternoon to find out if Billups will be charged as a juvenile or an adult.

the 13% figure is not indicative of the problem...because its probably only 1-2% that actually do the violent crimes.....a certain gender and a certain age....male, and between 12 and 30.
