Years ago I read a book, written by Drew Pearson and Jack Anderson, investigative journalists for, I believe, the Washington Post, about the corruption in Congress. At the time their was a yearly “vote” taken among the congressional interns on various subjects. One of the questions was “who is the dumbest member in the Senate or House?” And every year, Joe Biden was voted dumbest. Don’t know why this stuck with me, but it has.

Just listening to Biden talk for five minutes, even when he was only mildly retarded, tells you how actually stupid he is.

He musta been a laughing stock on Congress.

Biden bin Hiden was elected in 1972 to US Senate from Delaware.

Drew Pearson, investigative journalist, died September 1, 1969.

Not sure how Drew Pearson could have written about bin Hiden being voted by interns as the dumbest in Congress.
