Good! I wonder how many of these fools thought it was basically a virtual reality game.
He said Beaverton.
Did I read that first sentence correctly? Is this “thing” a tranny?
So has Eva become Joshua or Joshua become Eva? Need pic.
She should be charged with assault and attempted maiming.
He/she??
Perhaps they can get it on jaywalking too
What is the sentence for civil disorder?
In prior news reports from either Portland or Seattle, we’ve heard reports that several officers were “blinded” by these lasers. Of course there has been little follow up. I’m quite aware of the power and danger of lasers pointed into someones eye. I wonder, is this permanent blinding? Because, I along with any sane person would consider that grievous bodily harm, among the most serious forms possible. And I know that any one of these lasers carries a prominent warning label as to this danger. Were those cops permanently blinded? Because if she’s convicted, that’s a 20+ year prison sentence as far as I am concerned, as well as a serious fine to pay for lost wages and therapy.
These are the devices they are using.

You can start fires with them and yet they are shining them into people’s eyes. This is assault with a deadly weapon. Also, many states require registration, so there is probably some law being broken there. Civil disorder? Really? That’s like the guy who beat the tar out of a retired police officer in New York and got “Aggressive Panhandling”. More Democrats thumbing their nose at rule of law.
I see no difference between someone pointing a powerful commercial laser at a LEO and someone pointing a gun.
Shoot the laser operators dead on sight and I suspect this activity will quickly diminish.
Excellent that OSP has now been federalized. I’m sure many of these earlier arrestees will be surprised to find that they are arrested again, now on federal charges.
So this guy is a transgender? No wonder he/she is so angry.
As an instructor a laser pointer comes in handy. I was working in Australia last year and my colleague (an instructor) was heading to the jet at Sydney airport after a month long stay in the country. The bags were x-rayed and the customs official found a Laser pointer in his bag. In Australia lasers of greater than 1 milliwat are banned or must be registered for those requiring them... He was BUSTED! They filled out a police report on him! Don’t take a laser greater than 1 milliwat to Australia!
Thanks for posting the victories, ransomnote. A civil republic needs all of the victories that it can get in this day & age. I appreciate your hard work to bring the +++++s to this forum.
I fail to understand why assault with a Lazer isn’t viewed as assault with a weapon that can cause great bodily harm and therefore may be stopped with deadly force.
The charge should be felonious assault with intent to inflict grievous bodily injury.
what the hell is it about the “movement” that attracts all these he-she’s???
It’s like the island of misfit toys exploded over America.
Does she/he go to women’s or men’s prison? Is it a choice?
