The clerk of the court will tell you everything you need to know. It’s a well oiled process. They will give you the paperwork to take to the sheriff. Total cost here around $600. Hope you don’t find damage. Best wishes.

Don't know if this would work, but I have a buddy in the rental business. One of his most successful tricks is to pick a time of the month between government checks and tell them that if they are packed and moved out on the given date, he will pay $500 in cash as a courtesy to help them move on.

This not only saves him about $100 in legal costs, but untold time and hassle. A large percentage of them take the offer.
