Interesting. I forgot this originated with 17. I wonder why he/they left off such an obvious entry. In terms of a position of power and its abuse, Hastert has to be considered one of the most glaring cases.

Your run-of-the-mill blackmailer:
1. Wants cash, not political favors.
2. Usually won’t kill you if you don’t “pay” them off.
