Good morning everyone... thanks weston for posting Sept thread. love the pix reminding us of two very special days of the convention.
Judy .. the toasters. that was the first Dose for W/43. Snugs (Eleanor on Facebook) gave a pix for the first person to post on the thread. It was a virtual toaster. She created the graphic with the pix we wanted. She lives in England and was like you from a friendly country appreciating our president at that time. Most of us did too.. now not so much.(referring to 43 - certainly we fully appreciate 45)
If you click on my homepage go towards the bottom and you will see my toasters. I really need to clean up my profile page.. all the HTML is from 10 years ago or so. And I really don’t need all the toasters there. At the time it was fun, now a bit embarrassing.
Needs updating but with my eye condition, I am just protecting my eyes and not spending as much time on line.

Oh Dolly I remember those days well. Think I got two of them. i’ve often thought it’d be fun to do something like that on this “train”, but I’m not talented enough to run it. Thanks for the memories! I remember “Snugs” well-—wish she were back here.
