I do understand. I have already begun stockpiling the chemical hand and toe warmers. In the winter, I take them everywhere. My hands and toes get mottled more than white and they get quite blue if I’m not careful.
What is your natural body temperature? Mine is mid 96 to mid 97. So I’m more comfortable in colder temperatures.
Is it a circulation thing?
Heat helps my tendonitis and nerve compression. So I take one of the thermacare things, and carefully cut along the lines to separate the little heating sections. So one thermacare pad can cover 4-5 areas.
Thought this might help you get your hands and toes warm, maybe in a cheaper way.
