Oats are good to add. They are very nutritious.
There are other good grains too that work well and as whole grain, they keep years.
Also, first aid supplies, toiletries, canned soups are good. They are a meal in themselves and often very high in salt.
Gardening stuff and canning supplies are good as you can put up your own food.
