Saturday’s news conference with Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll was a little different from usual.
For starters, there was no practice to discuss. Carroll had given the team the day off. Second, there were no questions. Just 15 minutes of Carroll addressing the camera, discussing a topic that continues to dominate the sports world: racial inequality.

"(White people) need to be coached up and they need to be educated about what the heck is going on in the world," Carroll said. "Black people can't scream anymore, they can't march any more, they can't bear their souls anymore to what they've lived with for hundreds of years because white guys came over from Europe and started a new country with a great idea and great ideals and wrote down great writings and laws and all of that about democracy and freedom and equality for all. And then that's not what happened, because we went down this road here and followed economics—rich white guys making money—and they put together a system of slavery, and we've never left it, really. It has never gone away.
"And Black people know the truth, they know exactly what's going on. It's white people who don't know.

Carroll spent enough time at SC to have absorbed
some knowledge of our roots. Seems he did not get it.

Says the rich white guy coaching rich black guys.

This is a white people's issue to get over and learn what's going on and to figure it out and start loving everybody that is part of our country, and that want to our country, wherever they want to come from."

To emphasize one of his points, Carroll’s team announced that all of its players are now registered to vote (for the Democrat Party.)
Has this moron ever seen a Black Lives Matter protest? They are doing more than screaming and marching.
And, if things are so bad for blacks in America, why are so many blacks immigrating here?
Then why were they feeling better about things before Obama, why were they socially less messed up before the government began paying moms to not keep dads around, and why were the huge improvements in wellbeing happening simply when the economy did well?
Pete why don’t you go on a speaking tour to educate the masses. I mean you are smart, right?
Funny because he makes his living off of the blacks on his team. I bet his team loves the smell of pandering in the morning.
He’ll only wake up when they start screaming “What do we want? Dead NFL coaches! When do we want it? Now!”
carroll and his friends should move back to the one safe area in the world...africa.....few whitey there....
I don’t need any education by black people or sports teams.....what could they possibly inform us of we don’t already know quite well.
Frankly by saying we need to education just is the usual Dem projection we see all the time.
A lot of these white rich “privileged” coaches are kissing up to their black players for obvious reasons, if they really believe what they are saying, resign and let a black assistant coach take over their job-
Oh, and why do blacks, or apparent blacks, do so much better when raised outside of their society, but subject to the same white folks who can’t tell the difference?
Pete Carroll is a cheater. Is he trying to tell me I need to learn how to cheat?
it’s actually getting real deep in the quicksand they’re standing.......they’ll be their own demise at the rate they’re going.....as usual.
What will be his attitude when his players turn on him?
