A high school teacher was arrested Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting an underage victim, according to authorities. Camden Catholic High School teacher Bridget Sipera, 36, reportedly had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male student from New Jersey.
Sipera, of Cherry Hill, allegedly initiated the sexual relationship with the student in January 2019 when he was one of her students, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. The victim reportedly told police the relationship lasted about 18 months, which included about 60 sexual encounters at various locations.
Court documents say Sipera admitted to the sexual relationship when contacted by police, according to WPVI-TV. The student, who was said to be a "recent graduate" of Camden Catholic, contacted Cherry Hill police about the alleged improper relationship on Aug. 6.

This woman has mental problems, but some of the articles on this talk about her “molesting a boy.” The law is the law, and she crossed a boundary. But come on, a 17-year-old getting it on with a mildly attractive teacher isn’t a molested boy. He’s a man, who darned well knew what he was doing. Countless 17-year-olds served in WW2 (with parental consent). Hell, some of stormed the beaches of Normandy, fought in the the Battle of the Bulge, Iwo Jima, etc etc. They were men, not boys.
That makes her something other than “cool."
